I was thrilled to return to the new sanctuary this year. Keep up the great work at Middle. So happy to be a member. Can't believe it has been15 years since I joined this amazing congregation. Thank you, Jacqui, for everything.
Thank you so much for your voice. It speaks softly and gently as the anger and fear mongers roar. That’s how you know your love is real. Thank you. From the lesbian daughter of an evangelical minister who was taught to be ashamed and afraid. Who grew weary of praying “heal me or kill me”. I’ve found peace with just Jesus. No Bible. No religion. No establishment. Just Jesus. I am finally free. And thanks to people like you, hopefully more people will be free too.
You had me at “Love. Period.” and sealed the sermon with a red-lip kiss.
The church should be the wildest pride parade of the soul—but too often it’s just a gated community of fear, serving stale wafers of conditional grace. Thank you for torching that nonsense with the fiercest flame: unfiltered, unapologetic love.
Love isn’t just the doctrine. It’s the disruption.
It doesn’t ask permission. It walks in, flips the tables, and calls everyone “Beloved.”
Bless your lips, your rage, and your holiness that smells like revolution.
I loved watching your church! I am very blessed to also attend an open and affirming church. We celebrate an open table and say, if you hunger and thirst for God, you are welcome here! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

It fills my heart to know that the Middle message is going strong in the midst of all the turmoil in the country. Bless you, my dear friend!
