To me, the right of a woman to make decisions re her own body is of paramount importance.
I believe that a kinder, gentler, more caring society would mitigate the need for some, perhaps many, women to have an abortion. But unless and until societal changes are made, women will need to continue to have abortion as an option.
And a heartache.
Better to create resources than to take rights away.
I'm thinking of you, the one- percenters, the privileged, the powerful. It really isn't just for those with resources to use the strength of the system to disenfranchise women and children.
